
At Premier Trailer Rental, our goal is to make the rental process simple, honest, and easy from start to finish. Please review the basic rental policies below before submitting a request. Final pricing, availability, deposits, delivery details, and rental terms will be confirmed before payment is collected.
Privacy Policy
Booking & Payment
Submitting a rental request does not automatically confirm your rental. Once we review availability and details for your requested dates, we will follow up with final pricing and payment information.
A rental is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and the rental agreement has been completed.
Payment may be made by cash, approved payment card, or another payment method approved by Premier Trailer Rental.
Website Information & Availability
Information on this website is provided for general rental information only. Pricing, availability, delivery options, fees, and rental terms may vary depending on the rental unit, dates, location, and final booking details.
Submitting a rental request through the website does not confirm a reservation. Rentals are confirmed only after availability is approved, the required payment or deposit is received, and the rental agreement is completed.
Premier Trailer Rental reserves the right to update website information, pricing, policies, rental availability, and terms at any time.
Camper Delivery & Setup
Camper delivery and setup may be available depending on location, campground, schedule, and availability. Delivery and setup are an additional fee and will be confirmed before booking. For camper rentals, the customer is responsible for providing accurate campground, site number, delivery location, and hookup information. Available utilities may be connected during setup when provided at the site.
Rental Dates & Return
Rental dates and times will be confirmed before the rental begins. The rental must be returned, vacated, or made available for pickup by the agreed date and time.
Late returns may result in additional charges. If a rental is kept beyond the agreed return time without approval, additional fees may apply.
Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are handled as follows:

Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before the rental begins.

Cancel more than 14 days before the rental begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable.

Cancel 14 days or fewer before the rental begins: the booking total is non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required depending on the rental. The deposit may be used for unpaid rent, damage, missing items, cleaning, late fees, or other charges related to the rental.
Any unused portion of the deposit will be returned after the rental ends, provided the rental is returned in good condition and all obligations have been met.
Cleaning & Condition
Rentals should be returned in clean, good condition, free of trash, personal belongings, and excessive dirt or mess. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the rental is not returned in acceptable condition.The customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and should notify Premier Trailer Rental right away of any issues, defects, or hazards during the rental.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the camper. Evidence of smoking may result in additional charges and/or forfeiture of the security deposit.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using the rental safely, legally, and responsibly. All campground rules, local laws, safety rules, and rental instructions must be followed.
Personal belongings brought into the camper or rental are the responsibility of the customer. Premier Trailer Rental is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Trailer Rental Responsibility
For trailer rentals, the customer is responsible for having a properly equipped tow vehicle, correct hitch/ball size, working trailer wiring, and proper towing capacity.
Customers are responsible for safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading all cargo. Premier Trailer Rental is not responsible for improperly loaded or unsecured cargo.
Camper Rental Items
Camper rentals may include basic items such as bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, safety items, paper products, outdoor mat, camping chairs, and other listed amenities. Included items must be returned in good condition. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
Final Rental Agreement
These policies are a general summary for website visitors. All rentals are subject to the final signed rental agreement, invoice, and confirmed rental details.
